Partner Elnardo J. Webster, II concentrates his practice in areas of real estate and regulatory matters, and government affairs.
Mr. Webster advises a wide range of clients, including healthcare providers, regulated utilities, insurance companies, and developers, as well as business and entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Webster has represented clients before governmental agencies such as the Department of Health, the Casino Control Commission, the Department of Insurance, the Economic Development Authority, the Board of Regulatory Commissioners, the Department of Transportation, the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy, the Army Corp of Engineers, and local and municipal zoning and planning boards. He serves also as General Counsel and Special Litigation Counsel for a number of governmental agencies.
Prior to joining Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC, Mr. Webster was employed at a few well-regarded Newark-based law firms. He has been active in Democratic politics, most notably serving as Treasurer and Finance Chairman to Senator Cory Booker’s mayoral campaigns.
Mr. Webster was selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyer list by Thompson Reuters in 2009, 2010, and 2011. In addition, Mr. Webster is a recipient of the American Academy of Trial Lawyers Advocate Award.
Mr. Webster has served on numerous boards including Rutgers Board of Overseers, Independent College Funds of New Jersey, Team Walker, St. Peter’s Prep School Board, Cross Roads Theater and Cathedral Healthcare System. He is also the Co-Founder of Sports Futures, a non-profit organization benefiting inner-city youth.
Mr. Webster holds a law and MBA degree from Rutgers University where he was a standout football player. Due to his athletic prowess on the field, he was recruited to play professionally for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
On April 2nd 2013, College Achieve Public Schools was founded. To mark our 10th Anniversary, we are having a fundraising event on April 6th at The Chateau Grande in East Brunswick. All proceeds will go to support CAPS’ Summer Of A Lifetime (SOAL) programs where our students attend two-week summer programs at elite colleges and universities each summer at Oxford, University of Paris, Stanford, Harvard, Columbia, Colby, Georgetown, and our partner program at Princeton University SOAL U.
